Our Story
Sophia and Adam bring together complementary skills, backgrounds, and perspectives to form the perfect partnership. Sophia has spent her career working for, leading, and serving nonprofits, while Adam has dedicated over a decade to technology consulting and program development. They met in 2019 through the Kellogg Board Fellows (KBF) program, where Adam was an MBA student at Northwestern University’s Kellogg School of Management, and Sophia was a professor of social impact and the program’s director.
In 2023, Sophia turned to Adam for his expertise with a technology project for her nonprofit governance and strategic planning consulting practice. Their collaboration flourished, and by June 2024, inspired by a shared urgency to support small nonprofits in strategic planning, PlanPerfect was born. Their partnership—bridging generations and combining unique expertise—empowers you to create a plan perfectly tailored to your organization.
